Step One:
Do some self-study by reading required books that include the A'nesis Handbook with Biblical Counseling foundational concepts along with informative trauma theories. Required Reading is Deadly Emotions by Dr. Don Colbert and The Body Keeps the Score by Bessel Van

You have videos you watch and answer questions as you work through the materials.
Step Two:
In-Person Training classes include a cohort of a maximum of ten participants. This training, led by Trudy M. Johnson, PhD.,LMFT., CCTS-1, takes place near Phoenix, Arizona that is close to lodging and eating places.
The training concentrates on learning the E M E T trauma resolution protocol . In addition participants learn Formational Prayer concepts and about their Gift and Calling.
Step Three:
Begin using what you learn with interested clients. Mastering the EMET Process for Trauma Resolution gives you the tools you need to help other's gain freedom from past wounds.
You're not alone!
Included in the training are three sessions of personal mentorship by Dr. Trudy for answering questions and helping you through the learning process when you begin working with your clients on your own.
For coaches you also have access to training on the process of how to set up your coaching ministry if needed.
This training is about quality, not quantity!

Learn the basics of muscle response testing and why we have permission as God's people to use it.
Practice the MRT technique with fellow participants so that you will be able to take the practice home and use it to help others. A'nesis calls this technique "EMET" which is the Hebrew word for Truth.
LEARN BASIC EMOTIONAL FREEDOM TECHNIQUES
Learn the standard protocol for helping others calm their nerves using the tool with a Truth-centered perspective. You will learn enough to take this tool home as a way to help others in emotional distress.
PRACTICE LECTIO DIVINA OR "HEART PRAYER"
You learn and/or practice Intimacy with Christ via transformational prayer that involves imagining the Presence of Christ with you in your prayer time.
INSIGHT INTO YOUR GIFT AND CALLING

PREPARATION FOR THE TRAINING:
You read these resources on your own before the in-person training:
The A'nesis Transformationmodel Handbook and Deadly Emotions and Your Body Keeps the Score .These books are shipped to you upon receipt of your deposit. Complete the Redeemed Gift and Calling Evaluation to be discussed with Dr. Trudy at the training.
IN PERSON TRAINING:
GROUP SESSIONS FOR TRAINING:
Group sessions are offered near Peoria, Arizona in Dr. Trudy's office. You and two other participants work together to learn all the protocol of Emet Trauma Resolution. You're provided with the Protocol manual and all hand-outs you'll need to start your own counseling ministry using the Emet protocols. The training is also completely accessible on an app so that you can also use an I-phone, I-pad or computer.
PERSONAL HEALING: Many times these practice times with cohort members provide amazing personal times of healing.
INDIVIDUAL SESSION WITH DR. TRUDY:
During the training time you will spend a 90 minute session with Dr. Trudy to discuss your gift and calling and also review or learn transformational prayer.
AFTER-CARE MENTORING:
INDIVIDUAL MENTORING:
After you attend the group training, you have three sessions of personal mentorship by Dr. Trudy as you learn the process. You have access to her mentorship schedule so that as the need arises she can answer questions and concerns when learning the process. (Zoom).
TAKE THE NEXT STEPS: BECOME AN A'NESIS INTENSIVE COACH OR PRACTItIONER.
If you would like to incorporate the Emet techniques into a 5 day intensive format (www.anesisretreats.com) you will want to continue your training by becoming a Certified A'nesis Intensive Practitioner if you are professionally licensed or otherwise you would carry the title of Emet Trauma Resolution Coach. Completing this training is easily accomplished with six separate two hour online sessions.
You complete the Emet Trauma Resolution Practitioner In-person training.
You complete ten separate Emet sessions with ten different clients.
You complete one A'nesis Intensive with an individual client.
BENEFITS OF CERTIFICATION:
You have the training you need to start your own A'nesis Retreats and Counseling Sabbatical intensive weeks in your practice that provides excellent services to God's people and a nice income for yourself.
You are granted access to all A'nesis workbooks for use with your clients.
COSTS: EMET TRAUMA RESOLUTION COACH OR PRACTITIONER:
Group (3 participants) in person training - $1280.00 total-$300.00 deposit is paid to receive your training materials. The balance is $980.00 at your first in person training session.This includes three 45 minute sessions of personal mentoring time after the in-person training session. You'll have access to Dr. Trudy's mentoring calendar and schedule those appointments as the need arises for additional insight and training as you learn the process. You are NOT on your own!
COSTS: CERTIFICATION FOR A'NESIS INTENSIVE PRACTITIONER:
Certification for A'nesis Intensive Practitioner:
Complete the group training for EMET Trauma Resolution.
Complete SIX 2- hour online training sessions - $250.00 paid at the time of the online session.
GROUP TRAINING + MENTORING = $1440.00 + 6 online trainings = $1500.00= $2940.00.
Please note that with two intensives you will re-coup the total cost of this training. Upon certification you will basically have your own counseling ministry to offer in-person or online hourly transformation to clients.
You'll have access to all the A'nesis handbooks for clients plus a monthly training video from Dr. Trudy that will also have counseling information and hand-outs and tips.
